Erica Holt
Director
Erica joined the Team in 2003. She has a variety of experiences within Children’s and Youth Ministry – in both a faith and secular setting. She has previously led a church’s Children’s Ministry, and is currently serving in her church. Erica has a First Class degree in Children’s & Family Work and Practical theology, and a Certificate in Mentoring from Moorlands College.

Colin Hingston
financial admin.
Colin joined the Team in 2015. He volunteers in this role, administering the accounts for the charity. He previously worked in Instron, and now volunteers with a range of charities, including Wycombe YFC.

Trustees
We have a team five Trustees who oversee the governance of the charity. They have a range of skills and experience, including roles in Project Management, Human Resources, Education, Accounting, Theology and Ministry.
Volunteers
We also have an amazing group of volunteers from the local churches and community, who are a part of the Team and help us to run our activities.
Supporters
We believe that all those who are supporting us, are an integral part of the team. – this includes those who are praying for us and the ministry. giving encouragement, and supporting the ministry financially. We are thankful and blessed by all those who support this ministry to children and young people.
